About the Hotel
Set against the magnanimous mountains, The Meadows is a 4-star property located on Mumbai-Nashik Highway. It sprawls across an area of 11-acre and is considered to be one of India's first environment-friendly hotels. It is committed to support sustainable tourism and therefore practice drip irrigation, rainwater harvesting and organic farming./n/nThere are 36 Deluxe Cottages, eight Superior Cottages and four Suites for guests to choose from. Each of these rooms features a beautiful patio, a comfortable stone seat and a lush lawn. Further, basic amenities like television, air-conditioner and tea/coffee maker are also provided in all rooms./n/nThe hotel's elegantly decorated restaurant, The Four Seasons, serves a variety of sumptuous delicacies in a delightful ambience. It specialises in Deccan cuisine, a modified version of Hyderabad's regal cuisine, and spicy Maratha food. The restaurant also offers guests a customised picnic basket, so that they do not need to waste time looking for a hygienic eatery during their sightseeing trip. Apart from a restaurant, the hotel has an on-site cafMarmalade, which offers refreshing beverages and mouth-watering snacks. /n/nThe Meadows houses two conference halls, each equipped with state-of-the-art facilities like OHP, collar mikes, slide projectors, fax machine and photocopier. The hotel also has wide-stretched lawns, where social gatherings and informal get-togethers can be organised.
